Looking for: 3+ years in B2B sales — agency, media, or SaaS background equally welcome. Comfortable selling to brand managers and CMOs. Self-directed.

What you’ll do: Run the CEO’s calendar, travel, communications, and selected strategic initiatives. Be the gatekeeper and accelerator simultaneously. Handle confidential information with full discretion.

Looking for: 3+ years as an EA or chief-of-staff to a senior executive. Bilingual JP/EN strongly preferred. Calm under pressure.

What you’ll do: Own day-to-day finance ops, HR processes, contract review, and vendor management as the company scales from 10s to 100s.

Looking for: 2+ years in a back-office function at a small/mid-sized company. Comfortable with bookkeeping software (freee/MoneyForward) and standard HR tooling. Detail-oriented.
